Things you can do yourself
Keep your compute allowance
There is no requirement to sell. Check your provider’s carry-forward rules before leaving capacity unused.
Make a welfare contribution
Purpose Foundation accepts voluntary gifts. A 5% contribution on the reference monthly value is €62. Nothing is deducted automatically.
Ask a person to explain the statement
Open Door maintains local counters. A human appointment does not alter an entitlement.
Having a question does not affect your allowance.
