UBI began on 1 January 2030 under the Post-Labour Welfare Act. The reference monthly value used in ordinary illustrations is €1,240.
A personal compute allocation forms part of the entitlement. Most households do not need their whole allowance for personal use and may sell it to agents. No sale is required. Cash and compute components should be read together rather than added to a reference total twice.
The Civic Ledger’s October example allocates 1,800 CC, worth €151.20 at the reference snapshot, and €1,088.80 in cash. It is an illustration, not access to an individual account.
