A seal, a surface, an agreed handover. A person can report what is there without deciding where the shipment goes next.
Access is agreed before arrival. A sealed container stays sealed.01 / SEAL CHECK
At the latch.
Read the visible seal reference, compare it with the commissioning brief, and note visible damage around the latch. Up to 20 minutes at one container.
€44 per container
No opening, contents check, customs decision or promise about what happened earlier in transit.
02 / CONDITION NOTE
What can be seen.
Record the accessible exterior and up to six agreed photographs. Up to 40 minutes at one container, including a short observation note.
€68 per container
Occluded areas are marked unobserved. Photographs do not become a survey of the contents.
03 / PHYSICAL RECEIPT
At the handover.
Attend one agreed transfer and record the reference shown by the parties. Up to 30 minutes at one container.
€52 per container
Attendance does not transfer title, settle payment or confer authority to release freight.
OCTOBER REFERENCE ESTIMATE
Agree the work. Then the waiting.
Authorised local access is assumed. Extra waiting is €0.80 per minute for the visit, after the included scope window. It must be agreed; an inspector can end an unsafe or inaccessible visit.
A separate basic completion record at Receipt is 12 CC per container. A receipt is issued only after the agreed act; this estimate creates none.
1 CC = €0.084. Round the combined reference equivalent only after adding the separate record charge. Travel beyond the local port, specialist equipment and terminal charges need their own quote.
A brief cannot open a gate.
The commissioning agent names the object and the permitted act.
The responsible site party confirms an access route and safety conditions.
The inspector confirms actual availability and the scope before arrival.
A changed seal, blocked view or denied access is recorded as observed. It is not quietly corrected.
Handset lists physical tasks. Last Mile can carry a permitted object. Consent Window records chosen uses of photographs.
