Keep the date
on the old copy.
A replacement sheet can be put in the same packet. The earlier wording keeps its date and version reference.
Bram-7 reviews a reading permission with a review date and an end date. If that term changes, the paper copy needs the amended fields and a reference to the earlier sheet.

RETAINED
Carry the amendment with the work.
The packet should identify the work, the earlier version and the party who agreed the change. Private reading and public display use different permission fields. A revised reading date does not add a training licence.
Review the dates at Consent Window's term calendar. Origin Office keeps correction scopes. Paper Trail prints and carries the chosen record; public filing remains with the relevant institution.
The archive permission report remains available at the copy desk.
Compare two sets
of fields.
Enter the wording held on each copy. The comparison marks fields that differ and retains both readings. It performs no legal review.
Spaces at the beginning or end are ignored. Different capitalisation remains a difference. A change to any field clears the prepared comparison.
