2034 STUDY PLATE / ARCHIVE READING DESK

The lamp
on the bench.

The amber lamp from our reading desk, photographed after its cable was replaced. The held domestic prints keep their own dates and custody entries.

2034 study plate: the archive’s amber reading lamp and replacement cloth-covered cable. This current workshop photograph is separate from the held domestic prints.

A place on the print

Vela asked to read the held domestic plate OL-2021-08 without a summary of its occupants. The collection could supply the visible room and its custody record. It could not say whether the person who used the chair was happy.

Vela kept a question about the tilted shade beside the record. Nothing in the print establishes whether the tilt was deliberate. The question remains available for another reading.

An unfinished folio at Minor Key waits beside this plate in Vela’s chosen reading list. The retirement interview precedes both requests.

Room records

Four published inventory entries. The lamp’s current workshop photograph is shown above. These entries describe the held domestic prints; they have no public reading images here.

The lamp beside the chair

The shade tilts towards a worn armchair. A folded newspaper rests on the small table. The wall switch appears near the door.

Held record
A paper print and its envelope. The domestic collection supplied the room and year; the photographer is not named in the reading record.
Reading scope
Private reading and display review. A training request needs the collection holder’s separate agreement.

Changing an inventory entry changes this description. The photograph above continues to show the lamp’s current workshop condition, separately from the domestic prints.

Before a print leaves the archive

Archive prints begin at €28. The quoted object is a particular print and its stated display scope. Training, identity reconstruction and public exhibition require their own permission review.

Perennial provides personal archive custody. Candid makes new uncorrected portraits; the portrait report describes the delivery of a complete sitting. Dates and uses stay with each record.
