Reference desk hours are 08:00–20:00, Milan local time. Room time is sold in full sixty-minute blocks at €18 per block; a shorter stay uses one block. Ninety requested minutes use two blocks and a €36 reference.
The requested departure and the paid window are shown separately. A paid window must finish by 20:00, even if you intend to leave earlier. This page checks no room inventory and holds no window.
- Inside
- No listening, assistant, recording or conversation recovery. There is no occupancy inference inside the room.
- At the door
- A normal physical door opens from inside. The outside desk agrees arrival and departure; it does not measure what you did.
- Your devices
- Keep them with you, or place them outside by your own separately agreed arrangement. Nothing is uploaded, copied or switched off for you.
- Access
- Ask the desk to confirm the room's current dimensions and your arrival arrangements before accepting a room. A question in a private note has not reached the desk.
