READING INVENTORY
Box label retained. Contents listed separately.

The papers
in the box.

Four entries from a family deposit. Some have an origin record. One still has only a note on its envelope.

The current inventory

The following reading inventory withholds private correspondents and addresses. Dates belong to the documents as recorded; a family label does not verify them.

01 / EARLY CORRESPONDENCE

A printed support exchange

Two sheets, headed 2022. The printed exchange includes a corrected opening sentence. A custody note records who deposited the sheets; authorship review remains separate.

Reading permission

The depositor permits a named family reading. Training use and publication need further agreement with the relevant rights holders. The correspondence remains excluded from the public preview.

02 / MAKING RECORD

A ceramic set sheet

A later document from Good Enough records a human throwing session and the three finished pieces. It joined the box through a separate deposit. Its recent date stays on the inventory.

Evidence kept with the sheet

The record names its witnessed act and its exclusions. Custody does not extend that act to the entire production history. Attest holds the original scope; Touchstone handles physical condition.

03 / FAMILY NOTICE

A reunion invitation with two sources

The envelope carries two sender references for Juno-1. Both source records remain in the inventory. The recipient’s attendance is not entered here.

The report on Juno-1’s invitations records the continuing arrangement.

04 / UNREVIEWED ENCLOSURE

An envelope marked “earlier”

No date review has been completed. The enclosure remains sealed at the depositor’s request. Its inventory entry states that the contents have not been inspected.

Before a box changes hands

Custody begins from 90 CC per agreed business cycle. The desk records the depositor, the inventory and any permitted act of opening. A deposit may include a document you can read without owning its reproduction rights.

Agree named readers and a review date before a transfer. A later permission is added to the custody history; the earlier entry remains. The desk can return an enclosure sealed when permission to open has not been given.

Lineage reviews recorded heritage. Consent Window holds particular use permissions. Context Custody handles chosen deployment memories under its own terms.

An inventory correction should quote the box and entry reference. The depositor receives the amended list while the original entry remains in the custody history.
