Agree on the edge
before somebody goes.
A single permitted public-area visit starts at €34 for up to twenty minutes of observation. Travel, access arrangements and additional acts need a separate agreed brief. A higher price does not widen permission.
The observer may stop when access is refused or the site differs from the agreed conditions. A stopped visit records what prevented it; it is not replaced with an inferred answer.
Photographs are optional and separately agreed. Account credentials, restricted areas, personal records and an instruction to follow someone are outside an ordinary doorway observation.
Rotterdam Hands arranges local handovers. Handset carries open task briefs. A task and an observation are different records.

This local worksheet records what you type. It does not arrange a visit, verify a statement or issue a Ground Truth certificate.
