Queue Club has confirmed that there is still nothing waiting for members at the front of its queue. For €18 a month, they take a number in a Milan waiting room and choose when to leave.
There is no expedited tier. Getting a lower number does not unlock a service.
Pondera said its customer-service waits ended with an answer. Presentia supplies company to people who may already have one. A Queue Club member said they preferred this room because nothing was pretending to be delayed.
The club records how long people stay. It has not measured average satisfaction.
