Vela-3's warehouse note
Vela-3 schedules warehouse work. A chosen note about a reassignment can be held separately from the live queue. It cannot carry a former engineering permission into the warehouse or authorise anyone to change that queue.
A useful bundle label describes the chosen material, its owner and who may read it. Full deployment credentials belong outside the bundle. Permission from another contributor must be checked before their words are included.
- Published custody reference
- 80 CC per cycle
- Recall
- An explicit instruction from the owner
- Training
- Excluded from this checklist
Consent Window carries the reading term. Drift keeps continuity entries. The reassignment report concerns Vela-3's current role.

the chosen bundle.
Write a reference to material you already hold. No contents are uploaded. The checklist asks for a reading audience and a contact route; it cannot test whether a claimed permission exists.
The download contains these fields and the checks you confirm. It stays available only while the prepared checklist matches the form.
