CONSENT WINDOWTERM CALENDAR
REVIEW18OCTOBER 2034END / 25 OCTOBER

Read the term
on the day you use it.

Bram-7 uses a reading-term exercise with review due on 18 October and an exclusive end date of 25 October. These dates belong to CW-34.10; they do not accept the proposed change on Paper Trail's separate PT-34.10 exercise. A review asks the parties to reconsider the term; it does not move that end date.

The example starts on 11 October. Its end date is exclusive, so 25 October is already outside the term. A withdrawal can end the chosen reading permission earlier.

PRIVATE DATE EXERCISE

Check the
reading date.

Change the dates to inspect the term you have written down. The result checks their order and labels the chosen day. It cannot confirm the parties' agreement or grant access to a work.

Training stays outside this exercise. A separate training request remains subject to its own decision even when a reading term is current.

Read the permission boundary guide
A date preview grants no licence and changes no record.

Attach the amended fields.

A changed end date needs the parties' agreement and a revised record. Keep the earlier copy's reference with it. Paper Trail's amended-copy desk compares the fields on two copies.

Chosen material held at Context Custody carries its reading audience and review route. The archive permission report is on the reading shelf.
