Errata will pay for materials and an agreed second kiln firing after a customer cracked their first bowl. The customer must pay the materials excess and keep the disappointment.
Attest records whether the bowl was made without assistance. It does not certify that the attempt succeeded.
Good Enough said a replacement would be another individual bowl. It could not reproduce the first one exactly.
The claimant asked to leave the part where the bowl was dropped out of the certificate. Errata said that was the insured event.
