Ambient boarding is included. A named welcome is €18; accompanied boarding is €32. Neither changes security, baggage rules or boarding priority.
Your associate can hold a name board and ask whether you had a good flight. A welcome may be unavailable when the named associate takes a break. Your flight can still depart.
What travels with you.
The fare includes one cabin bag, 8 kg. Arrive at the gate at least 30 minutes before the published departure. Airport assistance is arranged separately from a paid welcome; tell the journey desk what you need.
Reference fares are one way. Changes, checked bags and airport charges must be reviewed against a specific itinerary before travel. A private note is not a travel document.
